Remote Service is charged at our rate of $110.00 per hour. A remote support call has a minimum charge of one-quarter hour ($27.50) and is billed in quarter-hour increments after the first hour. Remote support service is a great way to resolve small issues (especially software-related) that don't require their own on site visit. With remote support, you can watch what the technician does, giving you a chance to learn more about your computer.

Remote support works through an Internet connection. This means that if your computer won't turn on or connect to the Internet, a remote support session is not possible. However, we can usually still assist you over the phone. Phone support is charged at the same rates as above.
