All new CheckMark™ PCs (desktop or tower) include a free delivery and basic setup within the Greater Cincinnati area. Once your PC is ready, you will be contacted to set up an appointment via the phone number you supply with your new PC order.

If you would like additional technical service at the same time as your new PC setup, please let us know when you are making your appointment. Additional service is billed at our regular rate of $110.00 per hour.

Basic Setup Includes:
•Unpacking the PC
•Unpacking monitor, printer or other peripherals (if included in order)
•Physically setting up the PC in location determined by the customer
  ◊Technicians do not move heavy furniture
•Physically connecting the PC to:
  • One monitor
  • Keyboard
  • Mouse
  • Speakers
  • Network cable (Internet conection) if available
  • One existing locally attached printer (USB or Parallel) 
   ◊Basic setup does not not include networked (Ethernet-connected or wireless) printers

We will also:
•Show that the Ethernet port works, usually by connecting to the Internet
•Show that the monitor, keyboard and mouse work
•If we supply the printer, we will print to the printer
•If an existing printer, technician will make one attempt to load printer driver if supplied by the customer

Free Basic Setup does not include:
◊Transferring data from old computers to new
◊Installing software or additional hardware
◊Setting up email accounts
◊Unpacking and performing initial assembly or setup on printers purchased from another vendor

Free delivery and basic setup does not apply to servers, laptops or other hardware or software.
