Standard System Warranty
Fuller Computer Solutions CheckMark™ desktop computers come with a standard 3-year limited depot-level warranty. This warranty statement does not cover systems known as 'laptops,' 'notebooks,' 'netbooks,' 'tablets,' etc. Each of those systems may have its own separate warranty statement. Fuller Computer Solutions does not offer accidental damage policies.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the hardware of your CheckMark™ brand computer, for all of the hardware components that were included in your computer at the time of the original purchase and build. Components that are replaced under the terms of this limited warranty are warranted the same as though they were the original part, where the warranty of those parts expires at the end of the warranty of the system. Components that are added after the original build are not covered under this standard system warranty. Components that are installed during the custom build but were not purchased new from Fuller Computer Solutions are not covered. This limited warranty does not cover software of any kind. Fuller Computer Solutions is never responsible for the loss of customer programs or data.
Hard Drive Failure:
If a hard drive is a component of a CheckMark™ computer, and the hard drive fails during the 3-year warranty period of that system, then Fuller Computer will replace the hard drive and physically install it into the warranted system. In addition, Fuller Computer will install the OEM Windows Operating System that was installed at the time of the original build provided that the OEM Certificate of Authenticity Sticker is still present and legible. No other software programs or data are eligible to be loaded on to the hard drive under this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Fuller Computer Solutions' responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited to repair and replacement as set forth in this warranty statement. All express and implied warranties for the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to the term of the limited warranty period. No warranties whether express or implied, will apply after the limited warranty period has expired. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This limited warranty begins on the date of the invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product on any parts.
Next Business Day On-Site Warranty
Fuller Computer Solutions, Inc. sells warranties for 'next business day on-site.' Next Business Day On-Site Warranties may be purchased at the time of the sale of the system. Warranties for computer systems may be purchased after the sale of a specific system within 30 days of the original invoice date. All terms and conditions of the standard warranty apply. To receive a next working day on-site visit for systems purchased with on-site warranty, the call or form must be received by Fuller Computer Solutions prior to the end of the current business day, which presently is 5:30 PM Eastern Time.
Once our Technical Support Department has verified the call, a technician or engineer will be sent to the site by the end of the next working day to diagnose the faulty system. Systems that are covered under our warranty receive top priority, and every effort is made to repair or replace the faulty components as soon as possible.
